Re: Post here for issues
Diagrams are here viewtopic.php?f=36&t=30,
To test the module, check for voltage in the plug for the coil, it should have voltage all the time on wire when the engine is cranking, if no power at the coil plug, check ignition power relay, it is under the cover on the back behind engine, it is yellow. If there is power there. I would suspect the module, also another thing is to check for corrosion, dirty connections at the ignition module.

thank you. I checked and it's ok.
the problem is not there!
my 1989 GT 2.2 turbo probe is defective with no spark.
I got the flash codes which are numbers 03 and 04.
03 cylinder identification sensor A
04 cylinder identification sensor B
please what are these sensors?

That would be the two sensors in the distributor. Have you checked the plug for corrosion to the distributor?Fernando wrote: ↑Thu Sep 10, 2020 6:35 pmthank you. I checked and it's ok.

The sensors are probably bad, I can get you another distributor for $250, shipping will be extra.

but the wires are very old and brittle.
I will have to replace. on the multimeter are giving more than 270 ohms.
the problem and buy another one because it doesn't exist here.
for me importing one from the USA will cost me more than 2000 $, I will have to adapt from another car.
