Freeplay

Clutch Adjustment:

1. Measure clutch pedal free play distance.
2. Free play should be 0.20-0.51 inch.
3. If an adjustment is required, remove lower dash panel, then air ducts.
4. Loosen locknut, then turn push rod until pedal free play is within specification.
5. Measure distance from the floor to center of the pedal pad when the pedal is fully depressed. The distance should be 2.7 inch or more.
6. Tighten the locknut.
7. Install air ducts, then lower dash panel.
