FORD: 1990-91 PROBE
ISSUE: An intermittent rear brake "squeal" may be caused by the friction material of the disc brake pads. This condition does not affect braking effectiveness.
ACTION: Install new rear brake disc pads. The new rear disc pads are made with improved brake friction material. Refer to the 1990 or 1991 Probe Shop Manual, Section 12-25 (1990) and Section 08-04 (1991), for service details.
