Wastegate: Testing and Inspection

Air Bypass Valve Test:

1. Remove bypass valve.
2. Connect vacuum tester to valve port A.
3. Apply 9.8 - 15.7 in Hg (250 - 400 mmHg).
4. Check that air flows through valve at port B at the specified vacuum.
5. If not, replace valve assembly.
