Power Steering Pump: Service and Repair

1. Remove two power steering pump belt shield retaining bolts, then the shield.
2. Remove pump adjustment bolt, then the pump retaining bolt.
3. Remove power steering pump drive belt.
4. Insert a screwdriver through hole in pump pulley, then remove retaining nut and pulley.
5. Remove two supply line manifold bolts.
6. Remove high pressure line banjo bolt, then disconnect pump pressure switch electrical connector.
7. Remove power steering pump through bolt, then the pump assembly.
8. If necessary, remove power steering pump brackets.
9. Reverse procedure to install. Install new banjo bolt crush washers.
