Brake Drum: Service and Repair

Brake Drum Screws:

Removal
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.
3. Remove the hub grease cap.
4. Remove the two brake drum screws and remove the brake drum.

Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Tighten the brake drum screws to 10-14 N-m (89-123 lb-in).
3. Tighten the wheel hub bolt nut to 88-118 N-m (65-87 lb ft).
