Fuel Pressure Regulator: Description and Operation

Fuel Pressure Regulator:

The fuel pressure regulator adjusts the amount of fuel pressure supplied to the fuel injectors. The fuel pressure regulator is controlled by an internal vacuum actuated diaphragm. Diaphragm vacuum is supplied by the fuel pressure regulator control solenoid located at the end of the fuel injection supply manifold.
