Brake Shoe: Testing and Inspection

1. Inspect the rear brake shoes and linings for peeling, cracking, or extremely uneven wear on the rear brake shoe and lining.

2. Inspect the rear brake shoe and lining for wear. If the rear brake shoe and lining is less than 1.0mm (0.04 inch) thick, the rear brake shoes and linings must be replaced.
