Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the accessory drive belts.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
3. Remove the RH front wheel and tire assembly.
4. Remove the RH front splash shield.





5. Use Crankshaft Pulley Holder T92C-6316-AH to remove the crankshaft pulley bolt.
6. Remove the crankshaft pulley.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the crankshaft pulley.
2. Use Crankshaft Pulley Holder T92C-6316-AH to install the crankshaft pulley bolt. Tighten the crankshaft pulley bolt to 157-166 Nm (116-122 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the RH front splash shield.
4. Install the RH wheel and tire assembly. Tighten the lug nuts to 88-118 Nm (65-87 ft. lbs.).
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Install the accessory drive belts.
