Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify customer concern by operating the parking lamps.
2. Visually inspect the components of the parking lamp system.

Mechanical
- Headlamp switch.

Electrical
- Blown fuse:
+ 15 A TAIL.
- Damaged miniature bulb(s):
+ Front side marker.
+ License.
+ Tail.
+ Parking.
- Damaged wiring harness.
- Loose or corroded connections.

3. Check the wiring harness for obvious signs of shorts, opens, bad connections, or damage.
4. Check for improperly installed accessories.
5. If fault is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to the Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
