Fuel Pressure Test Port: Service and Repair

REMOVAL and INSTALLATION

WARNING: Fuel in the fuel system remains under high pressure even when the engine is not running.

1. Perform the fuel pressure release procedure.
2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Intake Manifold:

3. Remove fuel pressure relief valve.
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Tighten the fuel pressure relief valve to 8.5-9.5 Nm (76-84 lb in).
