REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the rear wheel.

3. If equipped with ABS, remove the rear brake anti-lock sensor bolt.

4. Remove the rear brake anti-lock sensor, if equipped.

5. Remove the rear brake anti-lock sensor routing bracket, if equipped.
6. Remove the brake drum and brake backing plate or, if equipped, rear disc brake caliper and rear disc brake rotor. See Brakes and Traction Control.
7. Remove the wheel bearing and hub assembly.
8. Remove the rear wheel spindle-to-rear spring and shock absorber bolts.

9. Remove the trailing link-to-rear wheel spindle bolt.

10. Remove the spindle through bolt nut and the spindle through bolt.
11. Remove the rear wheel spindle.
INSTALLATION
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
