Disassembly

1. Remove the planet gear bearing thrust washer.





2. Remove the oil pump cover bolts in the sequence shown.
3. Remove the oil pump cover.
4. Remove the flange.





5. Make an alignment mark between the inner and outer rotor.
6. Remove the inner rotor.
7. Remove the outer rotor.





8. Remove the spool valve plug, washer, spring, and spool valve.





9. Remove the oil distributor sleeve seals from the oil pump cover.
