Output Shaft: Service and Repair

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the front pump shaft front seals.





2. Use Step Plate Adapter D80L-630-4 (part of D80L-630-A) and Bearing Pulling Attachment D84L-1123-A or equivalents and press off the idler and output gear bearings.





ASSEMBLY
1. Use Step Plate Adapter D80L-630-4 (part of D80L-630-A) or equivalent, with Bearing Cone Replace T88T-7025-B and Axle Bearing/Seal Plate T75L-1165-B to press on the idler and output gear bearings.
2. Install the front pump shaft front seals.
