Stator Shaft: Service and Repair

DISASSEMBLY





1. Remove the bearing outer race with a pin punch.
2. Remove the front oil pump seal.

ASSEMBLY
1. Install a new front oil pump seal.
2. Remove any remaining locking compound from the bolt holes.





3. Use Pinion Bearing Cup Replace T80T-4000-E to press the bearing outer race into the torque converter stator support.
