Clutch Release Fork: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the transaxle.





2. Remove the clutch release hub and bearing.
3. Remove the clutch release fork.





INSTALLATION
1. Apply Premium Long-Life Grease XG-1-C or XG-1-K or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESA-M1C75-B to the dashed areas indicated by the arrows of the clutch release hub and bearing and clutch release fork as shown.
2. Install the clutch release fork.
3. Install the clutch release hub and bearing.
4. Install the transaxle.
