Flow of Diagnosis

1. The vehicle should be road tested, if possible, to determine or confirm a driveability condition.
2. Some clutch conditions may be attributed to misadjusted pedal height, linkage or shift mechanism. These should be checked and corrected prior to attempting major disassembly procedures.
3. Check the transaxle for proper fluid level with the specified lubricant
4. Inspect the vehicle for signs of clutch fluid leakage.
5. For vehicles with a no start condition:
^ Visually inspect components of the starting system.
^ Check the wiring harness for signs of shorts, opens, bad connections, or damage.
6. Proceed to Diagnosis by Symptom.
