Rear

1. Lift the rear window wiper pivot arm nut cover.
2. Remove the rear window wiper pivot arm nut.
3. Remove the rear window wiper pivot arm and rear window wiper blade assembly from the vehicle.
4. Turn the rear window wiper switch on and allow the rear window wiper pivot shaft to move through three or four cycles. Turn the rear window wiper switch off.







5. Position the rear window wiper pivot arm and blade assembly on the rear window wiper pivot shaft so that the clearance between the tip of the rear window wiper blade and the shaded glass area is 25-40 mm (1.0-1.6 inches).
6. Install the rear window wiper pivot arm nut. Tighten the rear window wiper pivot arm nut to 6-9 Nm (53-87 Lb-In).

NOTE: Ensure that the rear window wiper pivot arm and rear window wiper blade assembly is aligned with the rear window wiper pivot shaft so that the rear window wiper pivot shaft splines are fully seated.

7. Replace the rear window wiper pivot arm nut cover over the rear window wiper pivot arm nut.
